Getting it Done.

So I have started working out at home and going on long walks with my friend Cody or by myself. I have noticed that my t-shirts are starting to fit better. I don't have to pull on them to stretch them or feel self-conscious that they are not long enough. I'm trying to get back down to a slim and slender look without looking like I starved myself. I want to be fit and thin by my 30th birthday. So far I have the support from my family, co-workers and friends. I have to weigh myself today and see where I am so I can start tracking my progress weekly.... Yeesh good luck to me lol
