Kicking My Own A$$ into Gear and having friends helping me too pt. 4

Well it was a rocky start this morning... arms were a little tight still but I can't let my pain get in the way of my goals... well unless it becomes serious but other than that I had an acceptable work out. Why acceptable? I really don't like crowded weight rooms. I don't mind waiting for a bench, but if there is a "wait list" for equipment then it makes a work out difficult especially if it's already mapped out in your head. Ugh well I shouldn't complain... I got my work out done. I feel good and I am receiving encouraging comments from friends and people I barely know. On an added note I got to see and old friend from Santa Barbara today at the gym! He's in town for a wedding and he has been thinking of moving down here... I hope he does! He's awesome! Miss you love you Alan!
