After breaking from the gym and working out for a few days (3 Days) I painfully jumped back into my routine. I some what made my walk happen and I just got back from the around 10:15 pm. A rocky start but I feel better about myself and it's an awesome feeling.
My walk today kind of kidded my ass a little bit. I didn't get to do the full 4.3 mile walk I normally do but I'm sure I got in a little more than just 2 miles today. After coming home and eating dinner my legs were a little sore from the walk. I don't think I'm not gonna stop my walks.. I kind of need to keep at it. Gotta get into jogging and running shape. I tried doing a light jog last week.... did not feel good at all. It kind of hurt, it felt like I had sandbags pulling me back down. Gravity is not my friend right now.
So last week I benched pressed 225 lbs 5 times without a shake. Awesome feeling knowing I still got my strength. Tonight I straight bar shoulder shrugged 315 lbs 8 times. I need to make it a solid 10 rep set.. soon for sure. The workout I dread the most is working out my legs... ugh they kill but you know what? It burns the most calories and burns the fat pretty damn good.... so guess what tomorrow is... LEGS!!!!! ARGGGH!!! I can do it.. I can do it!
Boy Watch: So I saw the cute blond at work.. ugh ADORABLE is all. Tonight at the gym even though I'm trying my best not to stare and gawk at boys but there was this cute Ginger boy with Glasses.... NERD! I loved it. Though I think he was straight.. Meh oh well it was nice to see a cute Ginger boy work out =P
